Samco Sports 4 Types Of Inner Lining

Samco Sport produce 4 types of hose inner linings, each designed with characteristics to suit different applications.

SHL (Standard) - The most popular straight hose which is designed for water and air. Manufactured from the highest-grade polyester reinforced silicone, formulated specifically for automotive applications.

TCH (High-Temp) - Reinforced with Aramid fabric, TCH withstands higher temperatures, up to a maximum of 250°C (482°F).

FSHL (Fluorolined) - Designed for applications where oil vapour is present. The fluorosilicone lining protects the silicone hose.

PSHL (Pro Fuel™) - Pro Fuel™ is the world’s first silicone hose liner to allow permanent fuel use. Suitable for Petroleum and Diesel fuels (limited 2-year warranty). Only the inner lining of a Pro Fuel™ hose is fuel/oil resistant, therefore isn’t suitable for use in applications where the entire hose will be immersed in fuel.
