Samco Sport Alloy Blanking Cap Plugs are the perfect solution for blanking off any unused hose. They boast a series of small swages / barbs, once pushed home and fastened with a hose clamp they seal precisely to high pressures.

Primarily used for blanking off the re-circulation hose when fitting a dump valve however this alloy blanking plug can block off many other types of hoses that require it.

Being machined from aluminium alloy with a 5mm top hat rim allows these plugs to sit flush with the outside diameter of the hose, whilst giving a neat installation worthy of any motorbike or car.

Each of our alloy blanking plugs has a natural silver finish with a maximum temperature range of 250°C (482°F).
